b) Read the Instructions.

e) Be sure to place your fingers in correct keypad position, and Choose Begin.
f) Key looking only at your screen; not the keypad.
g) When the lesson stops, hold down the ALT key and touch the PrintScreen key (upper right corner of keyboard). This will place a 'screen shot' in your copy/paste clipboard.
h) Place your cursor in your Word document from a) above.
i) Paste (Ctrl +V) the 'screen shot' into the Word document.
k) Go back to Keypad, this time choosing Lesson 2 - Homerow + 789.
Repeat e) thru k) above for Lessons 1 through 7, each time pasting the screen clip in your document. (omit lesson 8 for now) Save frequently!

2. Highlight the Inside Address. Choose the Mailings tab, Envelopes button. Type your name and address in the Return Address area. Pick up your envelope from me. Draw a stamp on the front of it. Place the envelope in the printer CORRECTLY, as you will only have one each. Choose Print.
3. Sign the letter, Fold it correctly and place inside the envelope. Do not seal it. Turn in on my laptop.

What kind of behaviors will positively impact a person’s career and what will negatively impact their career? Be specific. Compare and contrast the behaviors expected in the workplace and those expected in the education environment. Neatness counts.
